How Timona HUB handles your data. This is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for the full agreement.
Timona HUB stores the information your organisation enters to run the service: account details, your team roster, tasks, receipts and financial records, and client records. Some of this may be personal data (for example, client names, contact details, or national identification numbers you choose to enter).
Solely to provide the service to your organisation - displaying it back to you, powering features, and keeping your account working. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Authorised support staff may access your organisation's data when it is needed to diagnose or fix a problem - for example, when you report a bug. Access for support is limited to what the issue requires, and every such access is logged (who accessed, which organisation, and when). We do not browse your data outside of a support need.
To keep the service secure we record the IP address used when an account is created, and we keep a list of network ranges blocked for abuse. This is used only to prevent fraudulent signups and misuse of the service - never for analytics, profiling or advertising. Signup IP addresses are erased automatically after 90 days.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold the personal data you upload about your own clients and staff, and for only uploading data you are entitled to hold.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. For any data-protection question, contact support@timonahub.com.
